5 friends and 5 homes: We are Sunny Daze Escape
Silvia & T.J.
We met in 2009 and found ourselves married by 2011. We both have a passion for creating and designing beautiful homes and ours were our canvas. We started vacation renting our homes in the southeast corner of Florida: Fort Lauderdale and Dania Beach. Our first effort was Flamingo House which was a 6-month remodel and design. We sold that home in 2023 after not just vacation renting it but also living in it. Next we took on a duplex in Dania Beach which we lovingly called Palms on 7 with Cottage 1 and Cottage 2. Cottage 2 was a 10-month renovation. Both Flamingo House and Cottage 2 were given new life while we lived in and eventually remodeled Cottage 1.
We are hosts with a sense of pride and honesty. We want to treat you no less than how we hope to be treated when we travel. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

Originally from Chicago, I migrated to South Florida during my teenage years, where I have resided for over 30 years.
Having a career in real estate has been a gratifying and successful path for me over the years, but it was when I discovered the many benefits of owning vacation rentals that I really produced a passion for it.
I opened my first vacation rental in Fort Lauderdale in 2018, which is still going strong. However, I decided to venture out of South Florida for my next rental, and that is when I was introduced to this lovely little town called Sebring. Not knowing much about the area, I made several visits, and every time I did, something whispered to me, “This is the place.” Not too long after, I bought my second vacation rental in Sun ‘n Lake, a wonderful golfing community that tends to the needs and wants of all ages.
I hope to grow my real estate venture by buying more vacation rentals in and around the Sebring area. I look forward to hosting you in the near future!

Nestled in the heart of Florida, Sebring has become a hidden gem. With the excitement of the raceway, an abundance of beautiful golf courses, and a recently renovated downtown full of charm and character, it has become an incredible place to stay and unwind.
As your hosts, we bring pride, honesty, and the same standard of care we hope for when we travel. Whether you are here for adventure or rest, we want your stay to be worry free and filled with sunny days and good memories.
